our 4 bedroom luxury Mediterranean style home
in an ideal position to visit all of the Orlando
attractions. It is our
home which we wish to share with you and we want to make
your
stay as special as possible.
Only 6 miles from
Disney and close to shops and restaurants.
High Grove Villa has free local, long distance and

telephone calls, computer with high speed internet
access,
games room, Play station 2 plus games, cable TV’s in all
bedrooms – everything you could need for that perfect
Florida vacation.

Our home has been
furnished to a high standard by interior designers to ensure
that you have everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
Ground Floor
Living Room
Leather furniture with
plenty of space to relax, digital cable TV, DVD/Video
player, CD/Tape player, Playstation 2 plus games, sliding
doors leading to pool/decking area (door alarm fitted to
keep your little ones safe).
Dining Room
Dining table and 6
chairs overlooking the pool/decking area. There is also an
informal dining area with two additional seats at the
breakfast bar.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen
including electric oven and hob/hot plate, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal
unit, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand
mixer, pots and pans and china/cutlery and glassware,
telephone and answering machine.
Downstairs
Bathroom
WC and wash basin. Door
leading out onto pool area (alarm fitted to keep your little
ones safe).
Pool Area
26’ x 14’ pool with
additional spa, fully paved deck area, fully screened to
keep out insects, patio table and four chairs, 2 sunloungers,
2 recliners, 2 stools and an umbrella. Access to pool
bathroom. All three sides of the pool screen have been
planted with decorative and scented plants to provide
privacy and colour.
Laundry Room
Contains the washing
machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Leads into
the games room.
Games Room
The garage has been
converted into a games room (the games equipment can be
moved to one side to allow access for one car if required).
Pool table, air hockey table, magnetic darts/baseball game,
hopscotch mat, fan.
Front Porch
Two rocking chairs to
sit and watch the sunset.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
King size bed, bedside
tables, dressing table and mirror, walk in wardrobe, cable
TV/DVD, clock radio. En-suite bathroom containing oval
shaped bathtub, separate shower cubicle, separate wc, his
and hers wash basins, hairdryer.
Bedroom Two
Queen size bed, bedside
tables, dressing tables and mirror, large wardrobe space,
cable TV/DVD, clock radio. Access from room direct to 2nd
bathroom which means this room can be used as en-suite.
Bedroom
Three
Twin beds, bedside
table, large wardrobe space, cable TV, clock radio, computer
with high speed internet access. DVD’s can be watched on
the computer or on the TV via the Playstation 2.
