Where is the villa?

The villa is located at High Grove Resort on US 27 at the junction with the US 192. Click here to see a map of the area.

How much does it cost?

Prices range from £450/$743 (low season) to £595/$982 (peak season) per property per week.

What’s included in the price?

The price is per week for the whole villa and not person.  It is inclusive of sales tax and all utility bills (pool/spa heat is extra).

Are there any hidden extras?

There is a cleaning charge of £48/$80 payable on bookings of less than one week. 

If you require heating for the pool/spa (recommended during the months of November to April) there is an additional weekly charge of £85/$140.

What are the arrival & departure times?

Check in after 16.00 on arrival date.

Check out before 10.00 on departure date.

What deposits do we need to give you and are they returnable?

There is an initial non-refundable deposit of £250/$375 payable to secure your reservation. 

A refundable security bond of £200/$350 will be required with the final balance.  This will be returned to you subject to there being no damage to the property.

Do you accept payment by credit card?

We accept credit card payments via Paypal. 
There is a 3% administration charge for this service.

How close is the villa to Disney?

The villa is 6 miles from Disney.  Directions will be given to you explaining the easiest and quickest route.

This is my first visit – Can you give suggestions for things to see & do?

You really will be spoilt for choice in finding things to do.  Usually the biggest problem is how to fit everything in!  We are always happy to chat to you and help in any way we can.  There is a folder provided by our Management Company, which offers suggestions, and we have also left some ideas of things to do.

How do I find out if the dates that I want are available?

Please contact us, and we would be happy to discuss what dates we have available.

How many does the villa sleep?

The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people plus one infant.  

Is there a minimum / maximum stay time?

The villa is available for any length of stay starting on any day of the week (subject to availability).  Please contact us to discuss.

There is too much / little information for me to decide, can I just speak to someone?

We are happy to chat to you about any aspect of your holiday.  We really want to make this a special trip for you.  Please contact us.

Why should I choose a villa and not a hotel?

Privacy, space, independence, and cost spring to mind.  You will have all the home comforts of a spacious, airy home just for you and your family.  The overall cost of the villa is cheaper than a family paying for hotel rooms per night.  You also have private access to your own pool and spa.  Staying in a villa does not mean that you have to spend your time cooking.  Orlando is full of great value restaurants which make eating out very affordable.

Why should I choose High Grove Villa?

High Grove is our home which we wish to share with you to make your stay a magical one.  It is in a great location which offers totally privacy or community facilities if you wish to meet others and make friends.

Do I need travel insurance?

We would strongly recommend that you get full travel and medical insurance for peace of mind.

Are there any shops/restaurants/facilities close by?

There are a number of shops/restaurants/facilities within close to the villa.  These include:

 Why is your villa slightly more expensive than other villas I have seen on different communities?

Some homes are just rented out as an investment and provide only the basic essentials.  We have tried to make our villa as much of a home as possible and to add various items to make your stay as comfortable as we can.   In addition to the usual swimming pool we have added a spa for your relaxation. The location is superb for access to Disney.

We have also added lots of extras which include:

• Free local, long distance and international telephone calls to over 100 countries
• Computer with free high speed internet access
• Playstation 2 plus games
• Games room with pool, air hockey and darts
• Cable TV’s in all bedrooms

Is there plenty to do for the children in the villa?

We have provided cable TV’s in all rooms, DVD players in living room and 3 bedrooms, a computer with high speed internet access, Playstation 2 plus games, games room with pool table, air hockey, magnetic darts and a hopscotch mat, and a selection of board games and books.  In addition the swimming pool is provided with pool toys.

What about child safety features?

We have pool alarms fitted to the external doors leading from the villa to the pool.  We also supply a stair gate and plastic covers for electrical sockets.

Are all towels and linen included?

YES all linen and towels for use in the villa are provided including pool towels.  But we do not supply beach towels so please bring your own if you are planning a trip to the coast.

When do you advise pool heat?

Pool heat is advised from November until the end April.

What facilities are provided for babies?

We provide a crib, high chair, stroller and stair gate free of charge.

Are all the resort facilities included in the price?

Yes, there are no additional charges to guests.

Who looks after the villa?

We have a property Management Company who looks after our villa.  They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week in case of emergency.

Has the villa got any safety features?

As a brand new villa it means all the stringent safety regulations laid down by the state of Florida.  It is provided with two fire extinguishers and has a monitored smoke and security alarm system.  The doors leading to the pool deck are also alarmed.

Is there a shop on the resort?

There is no shop on the resort but there are two supermarkets within a few minutes drive.

Does the villa have its own phone?

There are two phones provided and all local, long distance and international calls to over 100 countries are free.  There is also an answer phone.

Does the home get cheaper the longer I stay?

Depending on the time of year we would consider discounting stays over 2 weeks.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
